
Cake Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of mashed bananas (two bananas)
1/2 cup of apple juice
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Crumb Topping Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/2 cup of margarine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar and eggs. Add remaining cake ingredients and mix well. Place cake batter in 9×13 baking pan. Combine crumb topping ingredients using your hands to create the crumb texture. Top cake with crumb topping. Optional, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top. Bake on 350′ for 35 minutes.
