Chocolate Halva STUFFED Cupcakes

Chocolate Cupcakes:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Halva spread for filling
Halva crumbled for topping

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, baking powder, water, oil, vanilla extract and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 way full using an ice cream scooper. Add 1 tablespoon halva spread to center of cupcakes. Bake on 350′ for about 20 minutes or until baked. Allow to cool off before frosting with chocolate frosting and top with crumbled halva.

Chocolate Frosting:
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup cocoa powder

Directions:
Melt butter. Add powdered sugar and water, mix until combined. Stir in cocoa powder. Mix well.
