Chocolate Cupcakes:
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Frosting:
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Reese’s Puffs cereal for serving
Directions:
Combine cupcake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Fill up cupcake liners and bake on 350 for about 22 minutes or until baked. Allow to cool off before frosting with peanut butter frosting then top with reese’s puffs cereal.
